A Design by Terrain Artisan has a great eye for art, style, and use of color to create beautiful floral  designs in-store and off-site. They uphold terrain’s four promises: to welcome, to inspire, to inform and  to appreciate our customer.

They prioritize product flow and replenishment based on merchant impact, adhere to processing and tagging standards, and support timely visual execution. They maintain organization in both the sales floor and back of house, strategically process order queues to prevent backlog, and use store technology to ensure a seamless omni-channel shopping experience. Additionally, they maintain packaging standards to exceed customer expectations. 

In collaboration with the store team, the Assistant Visual Manager supports the selling, service, and operations of the store with an emphasis on merchandising and display to create an inspiring and dynamic visual experience for the customer.
