Role Summary

A Stock Associate supports the operations of the store with an emphasis on stock processes. They support the flow of product at all stages including inventory receipt, product placement, and customer pick-up. 

 

We have Stock support shifts for early morning or in the evening to support processing shipment and restocking the floor while the store isn't open. Interested in working specific shifts? Please share your interest in the interview process.

Role Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Contributes to the store and customer experience by being positive, respectful and helpful to others
  • Supports the customer in-store pickup process including loading of product into vehicles  
  • Supports timely execution of product placement and other visual priorities to inspire the customer   

Teamwork + Communication

  • Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas with the team and actively participating in daily meetings
  • Works productively with a team to efficiently unload, unpack, and process all shipment
  • Adjusts priorities as needed to accomplish daily store operations or service goals 

Visual + Business Operations

  • Assists the leadership team in receiving new product; ensures inventory is tagged according to Anthro Home Outlet guidelines
  • Understands and effectively uses store systems and MPOS applications that support stock responsibilities such as the RF app, Anthro app, labeling app, and price verification functions
  • Keeps all receiving, stock, and supply areas clean and organized; assists with facilities tasks including but not limited to floor cleaning, trash removal, replacing light bulbs, and performing simple repairs
  • Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store 

Role Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service
  • Maintains a high level of productivity working both independently and with a team
  • Great communicator able to set clear objectives and follow through
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay Range

Starting from USD $15.00/Hr.
