- Community & Culture: innovates the stores’ execution of regional and special in-store events to drive brand awareness, community culture, and customer engagement with our retail spaces and products
LEADERSHIP + TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Recruit, Hire & Promote: creates hierarchy and organization that harmonizes individual talents to build a strong internal bench and maintain a network of great candidates; ensures that the overall regional manpower plan reflects high standards
- Develop & Train: develops personalized training plans using creative strategies to that build skills and expertise; creates empathy in leadership for all to thrive and advance through timely and specific feedback while fostering a culture of problem solvers and people that take action

- Change & Innovation: takes a forward-thinking approach to in-store creative marketing, merchandising, activations, customer experience, and supports leadership teams to drive sales and engage our customer
- Awareness: adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the stores

- Communication & Collaboration: encourages information sharing in order to facilitate problem-solving and make subjective decisions with objective information; collaborates with business partners to create a results-driven regional strategy that is aligned with Home Office goals
- Leadership & Feedback: inverts the hierarchal pyramid by keeping a two-way dialogue open at all times; inspires independent thought, action, and brand ownership to drive sales
- Digital Communication: works with new systems of communication to share ideas and information from a distance and communicates with multiple stores and teams at once; utilizes this to build community within the team and create an empathetic shared experience between Home Office and the field
