APPLICANT CERTIFICATION AND AGREEMENT

By submitting this application, I acknowledge, certify, and agree to the following:

1. Truthfulness and Completeness: All information provided in my application and accompanying materials is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any omission or misrepresentation may result in the rejection of my application or, if employed, immediate termination. I agree to promptly notify URBN of any material changes to this information.  
2. Authorization and Verification: I authorize URBN to verify my credentials, employment history, and education by contacting references, former employers, and educational institutions. I release URBN and those providing such information from any liability related to its lawful use.  
3. Background Checks: Any job offer may be contingent upon successful completion of background and reference checks, conducted in accordance with applicable law and separate authorizations where required.  
4. At-Will Employment: I understand this application is not an employment contract. If hired, my employment will be "at will," meaning either I or URBN may terminate the relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, unless otherwise provided in a written agreement signed by an authorized URBN officer.  
5. Arbitration and Notices: I acknowledge receipt of URBN’s Mutual Arbitration Agreement and Applicant Notices via hyperlink (collectively, the “Linked Documents”). I agree that disputes covered by the Arbitration Agreement will be resolved by final and binding arbitration where permitted by law.  By proceeding with this application, I acknowledge that I have been given the opportunity to review the Linked Documents prior to submitting my application.
6. Data Privacy: I understand URBN will collect and use my personal information for recruitment and employment-related purposes in accordance with its privacy policies and applicable law.  
7. Employment Eligibility: Any offer is contingent upon my ability to provide required documentation to establish identity and work eligibility.  
8. Electronic Signature: I consent to the use of electronic records and signatures. Clicking “I Accept” or “Submit” constitutes my electronic signature, carrying the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
