If you are a current URBN employee, you must submit your referral using the Internal Employee Portal to ensure it is correctly recorded. Note that the referred person must apply using the application link provided in the referral email from iCIMS. Current employees will ONLY be eligible for an employee referral bonus if the referral is submitted properly.
