Role Summary

A Seasonal Tree Attendant contributes to driving sales by naturally engaging the customer while holiday tree shopping. They uphold terrain’s four promises: to welcome, to inspire, to inform and to appreciate our customer.

Role Responsibilities

  • Shares tree knowledge to service the customer to assists with customer purchases by cutting, baling, and tying trees to vehicles
  • Delivers a seamless shopping experience through understanding and utilization of MPOS for an efficient check out
  • Enjoys working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, contributing to the holiday experience by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others
  • Assists leadership team in maintain tree yard standards and stocking trees
  • Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store

Role Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service
  • Basic knowledge and skill of power tools
  • Ability to lift in excess of 50lbs and push 100lbs on a daily basis
  • Willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay Range

Starting from USD $16.00/Hr.
